Ice Damage Repair

Complete this Form if you wish to repair Ice Damage that occurred during the winter of 2018-2019

A Conditional Use or Lot Alteration Permit will not be required for earth-moving necessary to repair ice damaged shoreline provided the Terms/Guidelines are met in the Ice Damage Repair Policy, See link below.

Permits are Valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise indicated; if you wish to EXTEND a permit please contact Land and Resource Management.

NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL; IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL.

    • Lot Alteration Permit
      Start New

      Use this form to apply for earth moving and/or projects where there is a change in impervious surface (see Shoreland Management Ordinance pg.13-14. 3.B. and pg.16-17.8.B.7.) For projects that include new or replacement structures complete the Site & Lot Alteration (combined)

    • Pre-Application Site Inspection Request
      Start New

      NOTE: Onsite Inspections will be done between APRIL 15th & OCTOBER 1st, unless the Land & Resource Director determines current weather conditions are suitable for onsite inspections. Please contact our Office prior to submitting an application if it is before April 15th or after October 1st.

    • Site and Lot Alteration Permit (combined)
      Start New

      Use this form to apply for erecting or installing any new structure,relocating any existing structure or altering any existing structure or part thereof; any earth moving and/or change in impervious surface that coincides with the proposed project will be included in this application. Also use this application for any projects that are for the repair and/or replacement of EXISTING NON-CONFORMING impervious surface (See the Shoreland Management Ordinance Site Permits pg.26.V.1.)
