Shoreland Permit Applications

You can begin a new application or resume an existing application by clicking 'Start New' under each application type or in the Dashboard. If you do not complete your application, you will have the option to resume later.
ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION YOU MUST CLICK FINISH ON THE FINAL PAGE IN ORDER FOR THE APPLICATION TO BE SUBMITTED TO OUR OFFICE FOR REVIEW.

Permits are Valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise indicated; if you wish to EXTEND a permit please contact Land and Resource Management.

NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL; IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL.

A DRAWING IS REQUIRED WITH ALL APPLICATIONS - ALL PROJECT AREAS MUST BE STAKED

    • Pre-Application Site Inspection Request
      Start New

      NOTE: Onsite Inspections will be done between APRIL 15th & OCTOBER 1st, unless the Land & Resource Director determines current weather conditions are suitable for onsite inspections. Please contact our Office prior to submitting an application if it is before April 15th or after October 1st.

    • STRUCTURE AND SHORELAND ALTERATION PERMIT (COMBINED)
      Start New

      FOR PROJECTS THAT INCLUDE: CONSTRUCTION OR PLACEMENT OF ANY NEW STRUCTURE, RELOCATION OF ANY EXISTING STRUCTURE OR ALTERING ANY EXISTING STRUCTURE.

    • SHORELAND ALTERATION PERMIT
      Start New

      FOR PROJECTS THAT INCLUDE: Earth moving and/or projects where there is a change in impervious surface

      If your project also includes new or replacement structures STOP complete the Structure & Shoreland Alteration Permit Application (Combined)

Septic Installation Permits

Ice Damage Repair

Complete this Form if you wish to repair Ice Damage that occurred during the winter of 2020-2021

A Conditional Use or Shoreland Alteration Permit will not be required for earth-moving necessary to repair ice damaged shoreline provided the Terms/Guidelines are met in the Ice Damage Repair Policy, See link below.

EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2021 ***DUE TO EARLY ICE OUT AND WARM WEATHER CONDITIONS THE DATE FOR WORK TO BEGIN ON ICE DAMAGE REPAIR CAN START APRIL 6, 2021
