Shoreland Permit Applications

You can begin a new application or resume an existing application by clicking 'Start New' under each application type or in the Dashboard. If you do not complete your application, you will have the option to resume later.
ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION YOU MUST CLICK FINISH ON THE FINAL PAGE IN ORDER FOR THE APPLICATION TO BE SUBMITTED TO OUR OFFICE FOR REVIEW.

Permits are Valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise indicated; if you wish to EXTEND a permit please contact Land and Resource Management.

NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL; IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL.

A DRAWING IS REQUIRED WITH ALL APPLICATIONS - ALL PROJECT AREAS MUST BE STAKED

    • STRUCTURE AND SHORELAND ALTERATION PERMIT (COMBINED)
      Start New

      FOR PROJECTS THAT INCLUDE: CONSTRUCTION OR PLACEMENT OF ANY NEW STRUCTURE, RELOCATION OF ANY EXISTING STRUCTURE OR ALTERING ANY EXISTING STRUCTURE.

    • SHORELAND ALTERATION PERMIT
      Start New

      FOR PROJECTS THAT INCLUDE: Earth moving and/or projects where there is a change in impervious surface

      If your project also includes new or replacement structures STOP complete the Structure & Shoreland Alteration Permit Application (Combined)

Septic Installation Permits

      NOTE: Please contact the Land & Resource Management office to schedule your Soil Verification, when calling in please provide your App# , you must call in by 4pm in order to schedule an inspection for the following day.
